Social support and connection is one of the pillars of women's health and wellbeing. Any endeavor intended to result in transformative change needs to be wholistic in ways that honor and address all of who you are and how you want to live. While you do need to "do it yourself", you don't have to go it alone.
Rather than "fix", I serve as a collaborator and supportive guide, listening and offering practical, problem-solving for the challenges every woman faces to update her current self-care habits, and create new ones that better support her changing needs throughout postmenopausal life.
Welcome, I'm so happy your're here. If you're like me, during your midlife transition you noticed your body changing in ways you didn't recognize. You wanted to do something to change the situation but didn’t know what. It’s can be quite frustrating. It's not just you, you aren’t imagining things and you don’t have to accept "that's just how it is at my age."
While my health and well-being will always be "works in process," I was able to, fundamentally, turn my gut, liver and cardiovascular markers around from the trajectory I was on. No more uncomfortable gas, bloating, and liver pain! My sleep improved and my hot flashes subsided too! I felt so good I wanted to help other women feel good too. I went through Dr. Wendy Sweet's extensive menopause training and certification program, My Menopause Transformation to become a certified practitioner.
I've been able to sustainably maintain the improvements on my own, tweaking as needed, with help from my chosen team of health care practitioners.
If you know what to do but aren't sure about how to go about it I'm happy to be part of your team to help you take control of your health, wellbeing and how you feel regardless of age or what life brings.

Longer appointment times allow me to give you my full attention to hear what is going on with you without feeling rushed. Together we figure out the starting point or what comes next to create a bespoke, practical, and solutions-oriented approach to updating your lifestyle and fitness habits, to meet the changing needs of your body and life.
My focus is on women in midlife and beyond. In particular, I focus on postmenopausal women who desire to age in a healthy and vibrant way.
While I don't have all the answers, I can offer a variety of "how to" strategies you can learn to enhance how you feel and improve the quality of your life at any age.
